We'd love to have you join us and share our passion for plants and for our community! No prior gardening experience is necessary. Just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to learn and have fun.

 

With membership, you'll meet other gardening enthusiasts who each bring their own perspective and talent to our club. You'll also learn from our club programs, get discounts at local and regional nurseries, and benefit from our club passes to Tower Hill Botanical Garden in Boylston MA which include reciprocal arrangements with other botanical gardens (2 passes, each for 2 people).

Meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of the month at Hopkinton venues. Other events include day trips and excursions to nearby gardens and other places of interest as well as social events at member homes.

 

Membership basics:

• Town beautification is the primary mission of our club. We plant and maintain the planters on Main Street and several garden sites in the downtown area for spring, summer and fall. We depend on all of our members to fulfill our commitment.

• We also form committees to focus on and carry out activities for  the community. We encourage members to participate in as many activities as possible. Activities include creating table arrangements for the Veteran's Breakfast, and holiday decorating at the library and Town Common Gazebo, and participating in town events like Family Day in the fall.

• Our annual plant sale and greens sale are the primary fundraisers for the club. As a member, you'll be expected to engage in the activities for both sales to ensure a successful event. This includes pre and post sale, and day of sale.

• Our club dues are $30 per year ($15 after January 1st)

• Simply download and fill out our membership form. Mail your completed form and dues to the address on the bottom of the form.

• Attend a meeting to get to know our members, to see first hand what we do, and to get more information. Sign up at a meeting (see our calendar) and get involved!
